Metabolism and Adverse Effects of Atypical Antipsychotic Agents in Youth

Investigator: Ann Maloney, MD

Goals:  The specific aims of this laboratory analysis are to determine risk factors and early abnormalities in endocrine markers in youth treated with Haloperidol, Olanzapine and Risperidone in Children and Adolescents with Psychosis (TAPS) study; Risk Markers for Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease.
