Title: "Has anyone ever actually been harmed because of a breach of properly de-identified health research data?"

Dr. Earle will describe the development of a new program to release administrative data for cancer health services research in Ontario, Canada: The Ontario Cancer Data Linkage Project ('cd-link'). In the course of the discussion, he will address the privacy risks associated with such data and techniques to mitigate them.
