The Writer’s Workshop
The Writer’s Workshop at CORE is an initiative that fosters the development of scientific writing skills and critical thinking within the MMC, MMCRI and CORE communities. The workshop is held about once a month to review and provide critical, constructive feedback on scientific papers written by members of the research community. Participants in the writer’s workshop have expertise in various clinical, epidemiological, and methodological aspects of clinical research, providing a rich range of perspectives for evaluation. Many members have extensive experience with the peer-review process and can offer support to both colleagues and developing researchers.
If you have a paper that you would like to submit to the Writer’s Workshop, please contact CORE. Papers do not need to be submitted in final draft form, but they need to be submitted about a week before the meeting to give participants time to prepare feedback.
